Scented Pelargoniums

Scented Pelargoniums are an incredible group of aromatic plants originating from South Africa. 

They were hugely popular in Victorian times when the fragrant leaves would be used in a host of different ways including culinary, medicinal and aromatherapy. The leaves possess an astonishing variation of scents including rose, mint, citrus, apple, strawberry, and spice! 

Although frost-tender, scented leaf pelargoniums make excellent outdoor container plants in summer, or houseplants in winter given an occasional feed of liquid seaweed. They will flower for months on end.

At Careys we have a range of what we consider to be the best scented leaf pelargoniums. All require full sun and very well-draining soil. Some will howevr benefit from some dappled shade, please check individual descriptions.
