Summer Solstice Retreat Afternoon Sat 22nd June 2024

Join us to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

During this retreat, immerse yourself in practices that honour the rhythms of nature and the cycles of the skies. Begin to truly embrace the art of cyclical living.

Through expert-led workshops by Stevie-Joanne McCormick (Astrologer, Life Coach and Sound Healer) your afternoon will include:-

• A guided meditation to ignite your inner bloom within, to quiet your mind and find inner peace
• A workshop on embracing living cyclically in tune with nature and harnessing the power of the energies of the summer Solstice.
• Learn what this Summer Solstice means for you and how you can harness its energy to make powerful changes in your life. Recognise your own growth within through the power of astrology and solstice energy.
• A guided session on Journalling amongst the gardens to focus on what is holding you back and help you gain a deeper sense of self awareness.

Stevie will guide you through these activities which will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed. Discover inner harmony as we embrace the equilibrium of day and night, light and dark.

What to bring: Bring yourself most importantly and your favourite journal. If you forget anything don’t worry we will have you covered!
