Secret Yoga Flow with Sonja is a 75 minute invitation to explore yoga as a tool for cultivating embodied awareness and physical health, supported by an external landscape of exquisite nature, birdsong, and calm.
Following the tradition of vinyasa yoga, Sonja will encourage your yoga experience with a gentle, kind mindset, exploring your own deep inner knowing to make your yoga practice a deeply joyful and personal expression of balance, strength, and flexibility.
To practice yoga amongst the trees, beside a river, accompanied by nothing more than the song of birds and a gentle yoga community, offers a truly restorative experience that will bring nourishment deep to your bones. This is the way it has always been - breath and body moving to the rhythm of nature. Consider Secret Yoga Flow with Sonja an invitation to come home to yourself.
This class is outside on a beautiful yoga deck or in the serene lawn inside the walled garden and not in a yoga studio. In the event of rain, we shall move the class indoors to the reclaimed barn.
What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat - because this class is outside and not in a yoga studio, you may wish to bring a large towel beneath the mat if you would rather it stay spotlessly clean.
Please bring water and cozy socks/jumper/blanket to ensure you are warm for the closing relaxation.
Please wear any clothes you feel comfortable moving in.
