We are all about an eco-Christmas at Carey’s Secret Garden - be part of it - by moving away from plastic and making your Christmas extra special. Get creative with this fun workshop. Learn how to make mini reindeer, Xmas trees, mini wreaths, stars and a 10” rush angel for the top of your tree.

Event leader Yanina Stockings has been inspired by nature, after growing up in the Highlands of Scotland surrounded by the ancient Caledonian pine forests.  With a BSc Hons in conservation, sustainability is important and all of her willow and rush is sourced here in the south of England, and where possible Yanina harvests her own locally. She trained as a teacher at Southampton University in 2009 and now runs many varied willow workshops making this ancient rural craft accessible to everyone.
